Standard Delivery Timeframe: All orders are dispatched promptly and delivered within 3 to 5 working days from the date of order confirmation.

Free Cash on Delivery (COD): We offer Free Cash on Delivery (COD) services on all standard orders across Pakistan for your convenience.

Order Verification: COD orders are verified and dispatched only after confirmation via phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp.

Order Tracking: Once your parcel is handed over to our delivery partner, a unique tracking link/number will be provided via SMS or email to monitor your order in real time.

Logistics Partners: We work exclusively with top-tier nationwide courier services to ensure your fragrances arrive safely and without damage.

Doorstep Delivery & Courier Rules: Delivery attempts will be made at the address provided; please note that parcel inspection prior to payment depends on individual courier company policies.

Delivery Attempts: Couriers will attempt to deliver your parcel up to two (2) times before returning it to our warehouse.
